In 2006, the Philippine Government enforced a revised Road Load Limiting Law, which limited the permissible vehicle loading on National Roads to 13.5 tons per axle. In the same year, DTECH supplied The Manila North Tollway Corporation (MNTC) three pairs of HAENNI wheel loaders. This equipment is being used to monitor the axle weights of large vehicles (trucks) entering North Luzon Expressway (NLEX). In early 2007, the company supplied MNTC with three more pairs of these wheel loaders.

In the years 2005 and 2006, the company constructed six (6) truck scales for the National Food Authority in various warehouses across the nation (Pili, Camarinez Sur; Tagum, Davao; Antipolo, Rizal; Valenzuela, Bulacan; Dingras, Ilocos Norte & Sablayan, Mindoro) The construction of the truck scales for the NFA was in line with the government’s efforts to boost the agriculture sector with the use of modern equipment.

In 2007, a revival of interest in livestock scales was observed among various local municipalities in Luzon . DTECH has supplied livestock scales to the municipalities of Padre Garcia, Batangas (2 scales); Dumaguete, Negros Oriental (1 scale) and Solsona, Ilocos Norte (1 scale).
